What is a Rebirthing Session Like?
A typical session includes:

Who Can Practice Rebirthing?

How Many Sessions Are Recommended?
We recommend a minimum of 9 sessions, symbolizing the months of gestation. Some practitioners, including myself, suggest 12 sessions to incorporate pre-perinatal regression work.
How Often Should Sessions Occur?
Sessions are typically spaced one month apart. This allows time for processing and integration between experiences.
Is a Trial Session Available?
Due to the powerful nature of Rebirthing, I don’t offer single or trial sessions. Instead, consider joining our group breathing circles to get acquainted with the practice and our approach.

Both programs have limited availability and require an assessment and motivational interview.
Dry vs. Warm Water Rebirthing
Warm water sessions take place in a heated pool, using a nose clip and snorkel. This environment can enhance the recall of prenatal and birth memories and may help overcome fear of water.
